GO DAVID COOK!!!

For those of you that care, and those that don't, we have a new hometown hero here in our neck of the woods...thats right, 2008 American Idol David Cook. If you don't keep up with the show he is from Blue Springs and does the rock side of music. Noah loves watching American Idol for the music! All he does is clap his hands, shake his head, and dance around. We have been keeping track of David Cook since his audition, and have loved his music ever since. Here are some pictures from this past Wednesday night when he was announced the new 2008 American Idol winner. Everyone was excited, and even Noah stayed up to watch and cheer. Auntie Kristin bought him a David Cook shirt in the smallest size available, so he's pretty stinkin cute in it.

Mud Pie!!

We have had quite a bit of rain the last couple of days which has made things soggy and muddy. Today Noah and I went out and played in the mud. The temperature was just right so we put on our mud pie makin' clothes and headed out. Noah loved squishing his toes in the mud and picking up mud clumps and squishing it in his hands. Everthing was dandy until he tried eating the mud...you should've seen his face...didn't like it much needless to say. Well, you can at least see the mud ring around his face in the pictures. Afterwards he took a bubble bath!

Sunny Days!

Yesterday we went for our first boat ride of the year and today we went outside nad had a picnic for lunch. Noah had a blast rolling on the blanket since the grass underneath was super soft. So I'm posting lots of pictures from our fun times.

Thanks to my awesome cousin, Tiana, I was able to finally post a video! Thanks Tiana!! So there is one video from today where we were trying to get Noah to show off his new little dance. However, as all children are, they won't do what you want them to do when you want them to do it. Oh well. There is also his birthday video from his party where he is chowing down the cake.
